Offshoring – unlocking efficiency and growth
The reality of sharing content – what really happens when you put yourself out there

Building a smarter way to work
When I started building my personal brand, it wasn’t about chasing visibility.
It was about working smarter.
In the early days of recruitment, I’d DM CEOs and HR leaders at companies I wanted to work with.
I’d share insights about their industries, highlight trends, or even compliment an article they’d written.
The effort worked.
Responses like:
“Thanks so much – you clearly know a lot about what’s going on in our company. Let’s grab a coffee sometime.”
Those conversations opened doors.
Doors that led to opportunities.
Opportunities that turned into leads and, eventually, placements.
But here’s the thing.
That approach wasn’t scalable.
It was time-consuming, clunky, and impossible to sustain as the business grew.
So, I started doing the same thing, but on LinkedIn.
Sharing insights publicly instead of one-on-one.
Suddenly, I wasn’t just connecting with a handful of people – I was reaching thousands.
The impact multiplied.
We placed more people.
We built more relationships.
And I learned the power of personal branding.
At its core, personal branding isn’t just about visibility.
It’s about creating value for the right audience, showcasing expertise, and building trust.
It’s something I’ve always encouraged at MCG Talent and it’s a core part of the program at 7-Figure Recruitment Scaling Systems.
If you can create value for one person, you can scale that value for thousands.
That’s where the real opportunities lie.
Offshoring
I hear from so many business owners that the rising costs of hiring essential staff – like administrative support, finance, marketing, and research – are becoming a major concern.
One of the best decisions I’ve made in my 20+ years of business is shifting to an offshore model.
By building a dedicated offshore team, I’ve been able to:
Cut onshore costs by up to 70%.
Pay offshore employees 30% higher salaries in their home countries.
Unlock loyal, cost-effective support that drives results.
Free myself from the daily grind of hiring and retention challenges.
Run a leaner, more agile business that feels smoother and more enjoyable to lead.
This change has been a game-changer, not just for recruitment businesses, but for any service-based business, especially in high-cost markets like Dubai, Riyadh, Hong Kong, or Singapore.
But here’s the thing: offshoring isn’t just about cutting costs.
It’s about creating space to focus on scaling your business and enjoying life.
The best part?
It’s not as difficult as you might think.
Having made this transition years ago, I can tell you that the lessons we’ve learned can help you avoid the mistakes we made along the way.
In the new year, we’ll also be running webinars and workshops to walk you through the process.
