The importance of client feedback 

I’ve previously spoken about building client loyalty. 

An aspect of building that loyalty is based on building trust.  

You can start building trust by asking for the client’s feedback, taking it in and applying it. 

I think it’s always important after you’ve run a process to sit down with the client and understand how they thought the process went, and what they thought you could have done better. 

People are always open to giving you feedback, and you always need to be open to receiving it. 

If you or the client doesn’t have time to do that, you can share a customer feedback form. 

But you have to make sure you get their feedback. 

It helps them feel that their opinion is valued. 

And it helps you to improve. 

So, make sure that form is filled in or that meeting is booked. 

Doing this will also act as another touchpoint between you and the client, helping to build a stronger relationship.
